OPEN HOUSE PROJECT

Updated: Oct 22

In September 2025, we hosted an open house project. The construction, which began in January, was completed exactly eight months later — finishing both the addition and full remodel. After the final inspection in early September, the homeowners moved in and invited neighbors and friends to an open house celebration. It was a warm gathering where everyone shared congratulations and exchanged valuable information about the construction process.

The Creekwood home was expanded from 1,300 square feet to 1,974 square feet, transforming from a 3-bedroom, 2-bath to a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence. Featuring modern design elements and high-quality materials, each space reflects refined taste and contemporary elegance. The meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail impressed everyone who visited, earning praise from all.

We documented and communicated every stage of the construction process with weekly progress photos and updates, keeping detailed reports throughout. This played a key role in efficiently resolving various issues that arose during the project through close collaboration with our partner teams. Most importantly, it allowed us to keep the entire process transparent and share every step together with the homeowner.

All processes proceeded according to schedule, and even when additional requirements were requested by the inspector, everything continued smoothly thanks to the close cooperation and prompt work of the architect and structural engineer during that same week.
